Hartford Hospital’s leadership and philanthropy teams are pleased to announce that Julie M. Beckham, RN, a nurse from OR CORE, has been named the 2025 Black & Red Featured Artist.

This is the second year Hartford Hospital and Institute of Living colleagues were invited to submit artwork and be considered for the annual gala’s Featured Artist. Over 20 colleagues participated and Julie Beckham’s beautiful painting “Breaking Through” was selected as the piece that will drive this year’s Black & Red theme. The artwork will be featured on the event’s invitation and is set to come alive throughout The Bushnell on Saturday, May 10, 2025.
