Hartford Hospital Philanthropy is pleased to announce the addition of Senior philanthropy officer Christina Asaro. Christina joined Hartford HealthCare in April 2024, having served as Director of corporate and foundation relations for the UConn Foundation for the previous five years. She brings nearly a decade of development experience within Connecticut to the hospital’s philanthropy team.
“Philanthropy plays a major role in Hartford Hospital’s mission, as we rely on gifts and sponsorships to enhance our infrastructure, grow our services, and assist our patients and their families during their time of need,” said Lynn B. Rossini, Vice president of Philanthropy, Hartford Hospital. “Adding Christina’s experience, connections, knowledge of the region, and enthusiasm for mission-driven development will strengthen both our team and philanthropic strategies—and we are thrilled to welcome her to our hospital family,” Rossini added.
